My entrepreneurial journey began with a simple belief: great ideas matter when they create real value for people. As I stepped into building Avenva Solutions, I embraced the challenges, uncertainties, and learning experiences that come with turning a vision into reality.

Being a founder has taught me that progress rarely follows a straight line. It takes resilience, adaptability, and the willingness to keep moving forward even when the answers aren't clear. Every challenge is an opportunity to learn, every setback a chance to improve, and every small milestone a reminder of why the journey matters.

As CEO of Avenva Solutions, I'm focused on building with intention, growing through experience, and creating something that stands for lasting value.

## Advice to founders

Personally, I aspire to keep evolving as a leader, build strong relationships, empower others to pursue their ambitions, and inspire more women to step confidently into entrepreneurship. For me, success is not only about how far we grow, but also about the value we create along the way.
