We built Zinn Hub® because finding great freelance talent shouldn’t be limited by language, location or complicated marketplace fees. After years working in web development, SEO and digital business, we saw an opportunity to create a fairer way for businesses and freelancers to work together globally. So we built it ourselves — with multilingual tools, vetted talent, transparent pricing and a platform where freelancers can build their own reputation.
The journey
· GrowingThe spark was simple: we knew there had to be a fairer way for freelancers and businesses to work together. What followed was anything but simple. We built, tested, changed direction, scrapped ideas, listened to feedback and kept going when things didn’t work the way we hoped. The messy middle taught us what freelancers and buyers actually needed — not just another marketplace, but one that works across borders, languages and different ways of doing business. We took a bet on ourselves and built Zinn Hub® from the ground up. It’s now a real marketplace being used by freelancers and buyers around the world, but we’re still in the journey — learning, improving and seeing just how far we can take it.
Advice to founders
Don’t wait until everything is perfect before you put it out there. Build it, listen to the people actually using it, fix what isn’t working and keep moving. The messy middle is where you learn what your business really needs to become.

We’re building Zinn Hub® into a truly global freelance marketplace where talented people can find work without geography or language standing in the way. The goal is simple: keep improving the platform, grow the network of Zinners® and Zinnectors®, and make Zinn Hub® a place where freelancers can build something of their own — not just sell someone else’s brand.
