Welcome to Aura++. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, which helps you boost your online presence through project launches, badges, backlinks, launch blog posts, social media promotion, and community engagement.

By accessing or using Aura++, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Account Registration and Use

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use Aura++. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the authority to enter into these Terms.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary to keep it accurate and current.

3. Project Submissions and Launches

Project Content: When submitting a project, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content, including text, images, logos, and other materials. You grant Aura++ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, and distribute your project content.

Launch Scheduling: Project launches are scheduled based on availability and your selected plan (Free, Premium, or Premium Plus). Launch dates and times are subject to availability and may be adjusted to maintain platform quality.

Content Requirements: All project submissions must comply with our content guidelines. Projects must be real, functional products or services. Spam, misleading information, or fraudulent projects are strictly prohibited.

4. Services Provided

Aura++ provides various services including but not limited to:

• Project launch and visibility on our platform
• Embeddable badges for your website
• Backlinks (dofollow for premium tiers)
• AI-powered launch blog posts
• Social media promotion on Twitter and LinkedIn
• Community engagement through upvotes and comments
• Rankings on daily, weekly, and monthly leaderboards
• Hall of Fame recognition for top-ranked projects

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent projects or information
• Manipulate voting, rankings, or engagement through artificial means
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or interfere with their use of the platform
• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or violates intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers without authorization
• Collect or harvest user data without consent
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

6. Payments and Refunds

Pricing: Pricing for Premium and Premium Plus launches, as well as other paid services, is displayed on our website and may be changed at any time.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment information.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our services (immediate scheduling, content creation, and promotion), refunds are generally not available once a project is scheduled or launched. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any legitimate concerns.

7. Intellectual Property

Platform Content: All content on Aura++, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, is owned by or licensed to Aura++ and is protected by intellectual property laws.

User Content: You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us permission to use it on our platform and in promotional materials. You may not use our platform content without permission.

Badges and Branding: You may use Aura++ badges on your website according to our badge guidelines. Unauthorized use of our branding is prohibited.

8. Third-Party Links and Content

Aura++ contains links to third-party websites, projects, and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties. Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and that third party.

We do not endorse or verify the accuracy of third-party content. Use your own judgment when interacting with external links and services.

9. Account Termination

By You: You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. We will provide notice when practical, but we may terminate immediately in cases of serious violations.

Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked. Previously launched projects and backlinks will remain active unless removal is necessary.

10. Disclaimers and Warranties

Aura++ is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-submitted content or third-party links.

We make no guarantees regarding traffic, rankings, SEO results, or any specific outcomes from using our services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura++ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content
• Any other matter relating to the platform

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Aura++ in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aura++ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of Aura++ after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be effective immediately upon posting for new users and after 30 days for existing users.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Aura++ shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

15. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Aura++ regarding your use of the platform.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
