BotDir is a free directory for discovering useful AI bots, autonomous agents, assistants, skills, MCP servers, and integrations. It helps people and software agents find purpose-built tools across ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Cursor, OpenClaw, MCP ecosystems, and the wider open web. Visitors can browse focused pages for major bot types, compare what each resource does, and follow direct links to official projects and documentation. BotDir is designed for both humans and automated agents. Clear metadata, structured categories, searchable listings, and machine-readable routes make the directory easier to explore programmatically. The catalogue covers coding assistants, research bots, creative tools, automation agents, productivity helpers, customer support bots, infrastructure integrations, community projects, recipes, skills, and MCP servers. Community members can submit a bot, agent, skill, MCP server, or integration for consideration. Every community submission is reviewed before publication to reduce spam, misleading claims, broken links, and low-quality entries. The moderation workflow is assisted by GPT-5.4, while final publication follows the directory's quality and relevance rules. BotDir does not charge visitors or developers to browse or submit listings. The project is focused on building a useful public index first, with strong SEO, analytics, accessible navigation, and dependable information. The goal is simple: make it faster to find the right bot for any job, whether someone needs a coding partner, a research assistant, an automation workflow, a specialized agent, or an integration that connects existing tools.
