What Fideliya is

Fideliya is loyalty program software for small businesses, built around a single decision: the loyalty card lives in the wallet app that is already on the customer's phone.

There is no Fideliya app. A customer scans a QR code at the counter or opens a link, taps once, and a card appears in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet alongside their boarding passes and event tickets. They create no account, choose no password, and download nothing. The next time they visit, they hold up the card and the staff member scans it.

For the business, Fideliya is a browser. The owner designs the card, prints a QR code for the counter, and scans customers from a phone or tablet. There is no hardware to buy and nothing to install on a till.

The problem it addresses

Paper punch cards work because they cost nothing and everyone understands them. They fail because they are lost, forgotten at home, and impossible to count, a shop running one has no idea how many cards are in circulation, how many customers came back, or how close anyone is to a reward.

App-based loyalty programs solve the counting problem and create a worse one. Asking a customer to download an app, create an account and verify an email in order to collect a stamp for a coffee is a request most people decline at the counter. The programs that survive belong to chains large enough that customers want the app for other reasons.

Wallet passes sit between the two. They are as fast to accept as a paper card, one tap, no account, and as measurable as an app, because every scan is recorded, every card can be updated remotely, and Apple Wallet pushes the updated card to the customer's lock screen the moment it changes.

How it works

For the customer. Scan the counter QR code or open a shared link. The card appears with the business's colours, logo and cover image on it. Tap "add" and it lands in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Present it on the next visit. Progress updates on the card itself, stamps fill in, points count up without the customer doing anything.

For the business. Create an account, choose stamps or points, set the goal and name the reward, pick the card's colours and upload a logo. Fideliya generates the pass, a counter QR code and a shareable join link. Staff scan customers from the browser. The dashboard shows who has joined, who is coming back, and who has earned a reward that has not been handed over.

What is in it

Stamp cards. A fixed number of visits earns a reward. The card shows filled and empty dots, the digital equivalent of the punch card, and the format most small businesses already run.

Points cards. Staff enter the amount spent at the counter and points are added to the balance. When the balance reaches the goal, the reward is earned and the card resets. Points programs can carry up to four bonus rewards along the way, spaced automatically at a quarter, half, three quarters and all of the goal.

Gift cards. Issue a gift card as a wallet pass, redeemable at the counter. Available from the Pro plan.

Referrals. Every customer's card becomes an invitation. When a friend scans it, enrols and visits, both sides receive a bonus, set separately for the referrer and the new customer.

Customer messaging. Send a message to a single customer or a broadcast to everyone holding the pass. It arrives as a wallet notification rather than an email nobody opens.

Multiple counters. Businesses with more than one location get a separate QR code per counter, so signups and scans can be attributed to the place they happened.

Team access. Invite staff with roles. A staff member can scan customers and issue gift cards without being able to change the reward, alter the goal, or edit the card everyone is carrying.

Analytics. Scans over time, new customers, repeat rate, rewards given, and which counter is producing them.

Webhooks. Enterprise accounts can receive a signed HTTP callback when things happen, a customer enrols, a scan is recorded, a reward is earned so Fideliya can notify another system.

Languages

Fideliya runs in English, French, Spanish and Arabic, and Arabic includes full right-to-left layout rather than translated strings in a left-to-right interface. The language applies to both sides: the business's dashboard and the card the customer carries, including the automatic wording on the pass itself.

Small businesses in multilingual markets are a large share of the businesses that need loyalty software and a small share of the ones served well by it. A right-to-left wallet pass that reads correctly is not a translation feature; it is whether the product works at all.

Pricing

Prices are presented in euros, Moroccan dirhams, UAE dirhams and Qatari riyals. Annual billing is roughly twenty per cent below monthly.

Free — €0. One business, one counter, up to 20 enrolled customers. A real wallet pass, not a watermarked trial: the card a free-plan customer carries is the same card a paying customer carries.

Pro — €49.99 per month, or €479.88 a year (€39.99 a month). One business, four counters, 2,500 enrolled customers, five staff seats, gift cards, and three broadcast sends a month.

Enterprise — from €99.99 per month, or €959.88 a year (€79.99 a month). Priced per business up to five. Unlimited enrolled customers, and webhooks.

New accounts start on a Pro trial with no card required.

Who it is for

Cafés, restaurants, bakeries, barbers, hair and beauty salons, nail bars, car washes, gyms and studios, pet groomers, and independent retail — businesses where a customer returns often enough for a loyalty card to matter, and where nobody is going to download an app to collect a stamp.

It suits a business with one counter and a business with a handful. It does not suit a chain that needs a point-of-sale integration and a custom mobile app; that business has a different budget and a different problem.

What Fideliya deliberately is not

Being precise about the edges is worth more than claiming everything.

It is not a point-of-sale system. It does not take payments, manage stock or print receipts. It sits beside the till, not in place of it.

It does not integrate with your till. Staff scan customers from a browser on a phone or tablet.

There is no mobile app, for the customer or the business. That is the design, not a gap.

It is not a marketing automation platform. It sends messages to the people holding your card. It does not run campaigns, score leads or build audiences.

Questions and answers

Do customers need to download an app to use Fideliya? No. Fideliya issues loyalty cards as Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes. A customer scans a QR code, taps once, and the card is in the wallet app already on their phone. There is no app to download and no account to create.

Does Fideliya work on both iPhone and Android? Yes. Fideliya issues a card for Apple Wallet and a card for Google Wallet from the same pass design, so a business runs one program rather than two.

What does Fideliya cost? Fideliya has a free plan at €0 covering up to 20 customers, a Pro plan at €49.99 a month, and an Enterprise plan from €99.99 a month. Annual billing is about twenty per cent cheaper. Prices are available in euros, dirhams, UAE dirhams and Qatari riyals.

Is the free plan a trial? No. The Fideliya free plan is permanent and issues a real wallet pass for up to 20 customers — the same card a paying business's customers carry, not a watermarked sample.

Can Fideliya run a points program as well as stamps? Yes. Fideliya runs stamp cards, where a fixed number of visits earns a reward, and points cards, where staff enter the amount spent and points accumulate toward a goal. Points programs can carry up to four bonus rewards on the way to the main one.

Does Fideliya support Arabic? Yes. Fideliya runs in English, French, Spanish and Arabic, with full right-to-left layout — in the business dashboard and on the wallet pass the customer carries.

Can staff use Fideliya without being able to change the program? Yes. Fideliya has team roles. A staff member can scan customers and issue gift cards while being unable to change the reward, move the goal, or edit the card design that every existing customer is carrying.

Does Fideliya replace a point-of-sale system? No. Fideliya is loyalty software that runs alongside a till. It does not take payments, manage stock or print receipts, and it does not integrate with point-of-sale hardware — staff scan customers from a browser on a phone or tablet.

How do customers find out they have earned a reward? The wallet pass updates itself. When a scan changes a customer's progress, the card in their wallet changes, and the phone shows it on the lock screen. Businesses can also send a message to one customer or a broadcast to everyone holding the pass.

Can one business run more than one location? Yes. Fideliya issues a separate counter QR code per location, so signups and scans are attributed to the counter they happened at. The free plan covers one counter, Pro covers four.
