Magic Sort Solver

AI Magic Sort Solver is a free web-based puzzle-solving tool designed to help users solve Magic Sort and color sorting puzzle levels by using AI-powered screenshot detection and automated move generation. The platform allows users to upload a screenshot of their current Magic Sort puzzle board, after which the system detects tubes, colors, hidden segments, tags, keys, locks, boxes, ice, and other special puzzle objects. It then generates a step-by-step move sequence that users can follow to solve the puzzle from their exact current board state.

Unlike normal video walkthroughs or fixed level guides, AI Magic Sort Solver is not limited to pre-made levels. It works on the user’s actual current puzzle arrangement, whether the player is on an early level or a difficult advanced level. The tool provides two input methods: users can either upload a screenshot for automatic AI detection or manually build the puzzle board by selecting tube count, capacity, colors, and special objects.

The website is built for players who are stuck on difficult Magic Sort levels and want exact solving moves instead of guessing, wasting hints, or watching unrelated walkthrough videos. It supports gameplay situations involving standard color sorting as well as complex special objects such as tag tubes, key-lock mechanics, short tubes with refill numbers, hidden tubes, hidden colors, stone/fog bases, ice segments, and box mechanics.

A key feature of the tool is its AI screenshot detection system, which identifies the puzzle board layout automatically. The solver also provides a Modify option so users can correct any detection mistake before solving, such as wrong colors, missing objects, or incorrectly recognized tube segments. Once the board is verified, the tool calculates the solution and shows an animated step-by-step move sequence that users can copy inside the game.

AI Magic Sort Solver is browser-based, meaning users do not need to download an app. It works across modern browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge on mobile, tablet, laptop, and desktop devices. The website also states that screenshot processing happens locally in the user’s browser, with no account requirement, no subscription, and no hidden cost.

This project went through many iterations. I focused on making screenshot detection more accurate, improving support for special game objects, and giving users the ability to manually edit the detected board whenever AI wasn't perfect. Throughout development, I tested different workflows and refined the experience based on real gameplay scenarios. The result is a tool that's designed to be simple, practical, and reliable—helping players move from a screenshot to a clear solution with as little friction as possible.
