Beyond the calculator, Office Blues maintains a growing library of workplace data: salary benchmarks across hundreds of occupations sourced from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, a city-by-city Burnout Index, a daily workplace poll, and the Misery Index - a quarterly aggregate of what work is doing to the people who do it.
