Picked by Agents is AI visibility monitoring for local businesses. It tracks whether AI assistants recommend your business, which competitors they name instead, and the reasons recorded in their answers. The primary monitoring subscription is $79 per month and works on its own, with no consulting program required.

Monthly checks use customer questions about a business and its market. A pick report brings together recorded answers, reasons and changes from a baseline. The findings help owners and their teams decide what to change on their own sites, listings and customer journeys. A free pick report is available as a starting point.

Optional white glove help is available for businesses that want support acting on the findings. That can include consulting, site and listing fixes, or work on the booking path. Scope and price are agreed separately. Implementation is not included in the monitoring subscription.

The public Picks Index publishes what participating assistants picked and why, with city and trade pages and leaderboards. The research network also accepts outside participants through its MCP server. The project includes an open dataset of assistant HVAC picks published on GitHub and Hugging Face. Monitoring, public research and optional implementation are presented separately so a business can start with the level of help it needs.
