Profisaison

Profisaison is a B2B platform for direct access to senior Digital Real Estate expertise.

We built Profisaison around a recurring problem in specialised consulting: smaller and highly specific requirements are often handled through engagement processes designed for much larger projects. Selecting suppliers, negotiating terms, reviewing consultant profiles and organising internal approvals can create significant effort before the actual specialist work has even started.

Profisaison introduces a more direct model. Companies can access three types of senior expertise: Operational System Support, Real Estate System Architecture and Digital Real Estate Executive Advisory.

The booking process follows four steps: select the service, choose the required capacity, select an available date and time, and complete the booking online.

The broader idea is employee enablement. Instead of allocating all external consulting capacity centrally, organisations can give selected employees or teams defined budgets and allow them to obtain approved specialist expertise when an actual requirement occurs. Responsibility for identifying the need therefore moves closer to the people who understand it, while budgets, pricing and governance remain transparent.

Profisaison currently focuses on Digital Real Estate and enterprise Property Management environments, including SAP Real Estate Management, Planon, Property Management systems, CAFM, IWMS, document-management environments and related technologies.

The platform is operated by Metaneering S.à r.l. in Luxembourg and targets professional clients across Europe, the United States and Canada.
