Rallied is an always-on AI agent built for managed service providers. It works the L1 and L2 tickets that eat up your technicians' day, so your MSP can take on more clients without adding headcount.

Rallied plugs into the PSA you already run, including ConnectWise, HaloPSA, Autotask and SuperOps. When a ticket comes in, it reads the request, checks the client's live systems such as Microsoft 365, your RMM and your documentation in IT Glue or Hudu, and works out what needs to happen. It then resolves routine requests end to end: password resets, account lockouts, mailbox and shared folder access, licence changes, and user onboarding and offboarding.

Every action is logged. Rallied writes clear ticket notes and the time entry, then closes the ticket, so your records stay as clean as if a senior tech had done the work. When it isn't confident, it doesn't guess. It hands the ticket to a technician with its diagnosis and the steps it has already checked attached, so nobody starts from scratch.

You stay in control. Plan Mode lets you see exactly what Rallied would do on each ticket before it touches anything, and you choose which kinds of work it is allowed to complete on its own. Teams usually start with a narrow set of safe, repetitive requests and widen the scope as trust builds.
