RenewRoster keeps every client's domain and SSL certificate in one list so nothing lapses. Import a CSV and it reads each domain's expiry and registrar from public RDAP and WHOIS records, with no registrar logins, and checks the certificate each host actually serves. Your team gets alerts at 60, 30, 14 and 3 days by email, Slack or webhook, so nobody discovers an expired domain from an angry client. Paid plans send renewal reminders to clients under your agency's name and logo, plus a monthly renewals report in HTML, CSV and PDF that shows what is due and who pays, so you can bill renewals back to clients. It is built for web agencies, freelancers and IT teams who manage many client domains and want one simple renewal roster instead of spreadsheets and calendar reminders. Pricing is freemium: the free plan covers 5 domains with no credit card. Starter is $15 a month, Agency is $39 and Scale is $99, with yearly plans at half price during the founding offer. RenewRoster first went live in October 2026 and is built with TypeScript, Node.js and Hono, with the marketing site on Cloudflare Pages. A free renewal reminder email generator is available at renewroster.com/tools/renewal-reminder-email-generator.
