SceneMixer is an AI short drama generator and AI movie maker that turns a script or a novel into a finished, multi-episode video series. Instead of one clip per prompt, it runs the whole pipeline a film crew would: adaptation, casting, storyboarding, shooting and editing.

How it works: paste a script or novel, upload a .txt or .docx file, or write one with the built-in AI script generator. SceneMixer extracts the characters, locations, props and episode structure, and writes an outline for every episode. It then generates a reference sheet for each character, location and prop; you can edit the descriptions, regenerate, or upload your own images. Each episode is broken into segments and each segment into shots, with camera, framing, who is in frame and what is said. Every segment becomes a video clip of 4 to 30 seconds, depending on the model tier, and the clips are cut together into the finished episode, delivered as one file that can be downloaded at full quality or shared by link.

Character consistency is built in: every shot that features a character is generated against that character's reference sheet, so faces, build and wardrobe hold from episode 1 to the finale. Characters speak on screen in any of 15 languages. Projects are 16:9 landscape by default, with 9:16 vertical for TikTok, Reels and Shorts one setting away. Every step can be reviewed and edited before the next one runs, with version history for each segment.
