QUOTE AND SIGN — Priced proposals with tiered options the client picks from, deposit terms, contracts from a starter library, and signing order enforced rather than merely displayed. The accepted proposal locks the baseline.

DELIVER AND REVIEW — Share a Figma file, Loom, doc, image or PDF through a passwordless link. Clients need no account and cost no per-reviewer fee. Feedback is classified as minor polish or a structural change, with pin, box, arrow and freehand markup on images and PDFs including text-range highlighting. Versions are frozen and hash-chained, with visual diff.

PROVE IT — Sign-off is verified by a one-time code emailed to the client, with consent capture, server-observed IP and timestamp, a SHA-256 content hash, and a lock. Download a PDF certificate. Silence can count as approval after written notice, and a recorded approval can be disputed and upheld or rejected on the record.

GET PAID — Invoices with per-line tax and a snapshotted registration number, PO numbers, deposit invoices that hold files back until they clear, retainers, partial payments, and a reminder ladder that escalates from friendly to firm to a final notice stating the late fee before it lands. Payments land in your own Stripe account and Stria charges no platform fee on top. Export invoice lines in the shape QuickBooks and Xero import, or connect one of them for two-way reconciliation.
