## About Signatoro

Ever seen ungly email signatires or tried sending with your AI agent only to find out that the signaure does not attach at all? We have. So we built Signatoro.

Signatoro exposes a REST API with per-user Bearer token authentication, so AI agents, CRMs, n8n, Zapier, and Make can fetch a user's saved signature on every send and append it to outgoing messages automatically. The API supports a short cold-outreach mode (name, role, one link) or a full signature mode, giving automation workflows control over what gets attached. Because Signatoro never sits in the mail path, there are no server-side rules, no Group Policy scripts, and no add-ins to install on any machine. On the product side, the signature builder offers five layouts, one accent colour, and optional photo or logo upload, producing real inline-styled HTML that works when pasted into Gmail, Outlook (new and classic), Apple Mail, Zoho Mail, iOS Mail, or any client that accepts HTML. Layouts use inline-styled tables with hosted images, no tracking pixels, and no broken links, so deliverability stays clean. Signatures are true HTML and text, keeping phone numbers selectable, links clickable, and content accessible to screen readers. Export options include copy as plain text, copy as HTML, download, send yourself a test email, and PNG export on paid plans for tools that require image-format signatures. Company owners set a single logo, colour, and font once, and that branding propagates to every team member's signature. When the owner updates it, each person receives their new signature by email.
