## About Yapper

Yapper is an AI receptionist for home service businesses. It answers your business phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so calls get picked up while you're on a job, driving between appointments, or asleep.

When a call comes in, Yapper answers in a natural voice and asks the caller what they need. It collects their name, phone number, address and the details of the job. When the call ends, you get a text with a summary, so you know who called and what they want without digging through voicemail. Every call is also saved in your dashboard with a full transcript.

Yapper learns about your business from your website and any details you add during setup. That lets it answer common questions the way you would.

Some calls can't wait. If a caller describes an emergency, like a burst pipe or no heat in winter, Yapper transfers the call straight to the number you choose.

Yapper can also text callers your booking link. It captures appointment requests but does not write to your calendar or dispatch software, so you or your scheduling tool still confirm the visit and arrival time.

**Who it's for**

Yapper is built for trades that live on the phone: plumbers, HVAC contractors, electricians, roofers, garage door companies and other home service businesses. It fits owner-operators and small crews who don't have someone in the office to answer every call.

**Getting started**

Setup takes about 5 minutes. You pick a plan, Yapper gives you a phone number, and you forward your business calls to it. Your customers keep calling the number they already know.

**Pricing**

Starter is $199 a month and includes 200 minutes of answered calls. Pro is $349 a month with 500 minutes, and adds call analytics, revenue tracking, caller history and priority support. Annual plans cost $1,990 and $3,490 a year. Extra minutes cost $0.75 each, up to 300 a month, and Yapper emails you when you reach 80% and 100% of your allowance. Right now, the first 10 customers get Starter for $99 a month for their first 12 months.

Every plan starts with a 7-day trial for $2, which includes 50 minutes of calls. If you stay, the $2 comes off your first bill. If not, cancel before day 8 from the Billing page.
