What is PantryPool?

PantryPool is a digital platform designed for managing communal breakroom supplies, snacks, beverages, and coffee clubs in office environments. It enables users to track shared expenses, inventory, and balances with real-time transparency, reducing cash handling and manual tallying.

Who is it for?

It is suitable for office teams, workplace managers, and shared pantry organizers who want to automate and simplify the management of snack funds, coffee clubs, and beverage coolers. It benefits small to medium-sized workplaces seeking a cashless, transparent solution for communal food and drink tracking.

How is it priced?

PantryPool offers a free community edition for small teams up to 3 members, with paid tiers available for larger teams and additional features. Check the website for detailed pricing options.

How does it compare to alternatives?

Unlike generic expense-splitting apps, PantryPool is specifically built for workplace breakrooms and office snack management. It provides physical QR posters, real-time inventory, AI receipt parsing, and seamless mobile logging, focusing on physical spaces and inventory accuracy rather than just expense sharing.

Use cases

A team prints a QR poster for their office snack cabinet, and coworkers scan to log snacks or drinks as they take them, with balances updating instantly. A workplace manager uses receipt scanning to log restocked groceries, ensuring inventory and expenses are accurately recorded.
