RobotTraining.jobs is a free job board for the people behind robots and physical AI. Robots learn from humans: someone teleoperates a robot arm through a task, records demonstrations, films everyday chores with a head-mounted camera, supervises a fleet of delivery robots, or safety-drives an autonomous car, truck or drone while its software is tested. Those jobs are spread across dozens of robotics labs, self-driving companies and data programs, each with its own careers page, and most job sites bury them under unrelated listings.
RobotTraining.jobs collects them in one place. About 1,000 open postings from dozens of robotics and physical-AI employers are read from the employers' own job boards and hiring feeds every day, so closed roles disappear and new ones show up quickly. Listings show the hourly pay wherever the employer states it (the median posted rate is about $25 an hour), where the work happens, and whether it can be done from home.
Job seekers can filter by kind of work (teleoperation, demonstration recording, egocentric video capture, fleet operations, AV and drone test operation), by employer and by country, describe the job they want in plain words, compare pay across employers, read guides on how each program pays, and sign up for free job alerts. The site also publishes a live robot-training jobs report and an open CC BY 4.0 dataset. It is free for job seekers, with no fees and no account needed to browse or apply; some employer links carry a disclosed referral fee.
