How AI Transfo works

During the first 10 days, AI Transfo defines the desired business outcome, establishes the measurement criteria, analyzes constraints and exceptions, and creates a target-process blueprint. At the end of this stage, the client can stop and keep the complete decision pack for €10,000, or continue to the MVP stage.

During days 11–30, AI Transfo builds an executable pre-production MVP using representative data. By day 20, the client can see the process running, while by day 30 they receive the MVP, source code, tests, scripts, documented Proof of Value (PoV) and a production plan.

Production deployments start at €60,000 total, including the initial €35,000 engagement, with production potentially reachable within 90–120 days. Eligible production projects can also qualify for a 5× return guarantee, based on a KPI and measurement protocol agreed before development.
