Conferbot

Conferbot is a no-code platform for building AI chatbots and putting them to work across every channel your customers already use.

The core of it is a visual drag-and-drop flow editor. You lay out the conversation the way you'd sketch it on a whiteboard — questions, conditions, branches, form fields, API calls — and the bot behaves exactly as drawn. There is nothing to install and no code to write, which means the person who actually understands the customer conversation is the person who can build it, rather than filing a ticket with engineering and waiting two sprints.

If you'd rather not start from a blank canvas, there are over 300 ready-made templates covering the situations most teams need first: qualifying inbound leads, answering repeat support questions, booking appointments, running surveys, recovering abandoned carts, handling order and shipping lookups, and collecting feedback. Most teams open a template, change the copy and the routing, and have something live the same day.

On the AI side, you connect your own OpenAI or Anthropic key and train the bot on the material you already have — your website content, help-centre articles, PDFs and FAQs. The bot answers from that source material instead of improvising, and when a conversation goes somewhere it shouldn't handle alone, it hands off to a human through a shared live-chat inbox where your team can take over mid-thread with the full history visible.

Deployment is where the no-code part pays off twice. The same bot you build once runs on your website widget and on WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Slack, Discord, LINE and Microsoft Teams. You are not rebuilding the same flow eight times or maintaining eight divergent versions of your answers. Install on the website is a single script tag, with dedicated guides for WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, React and Next.js.

Underneath there is a conversation analytics dashboard so you can see which flows convert, where people drop off, and which questions the bot is failing to answer — which is usually the fastest list of things to fix next.

It is built for small and mid-sized teams who want automation without hiring a developer to get it: marketers qualifying inbound leads before they reach sales, support teams deflecting the same twenty questions, and online stores handling order status at 2am.

Pricing is genuinely freemium rather than a trial in disguise. The free plan is free forever, includes 600 conversations a month, and does not ask for a credit card. Paid plans start at $19/month and scale on conversation volume, channels and team seats, with a custom enterprise tier for larger deployments.
