TidyRox

TidyRox is a web app for people who sell their time: freelancers, consultants, coaches and small studios. It replaces a separate booking tool, time tracker and task board. Clients open your booking page, choose one of the slots you have made available (set manually, with no calendar sync) and can pay by Stripe. Accepted work goes onto boards that switch between Kanban, Gantt and hierarchy layouts, with comments, attachments, live collaboration and a read-only link for clients. Start the floating timer while you work; on Pro, billable hours roll into Billing Export, which produces PDF or CSV files. The app also has note boards, a My Day planner and habit tracking for personal organisation. AI helpers can create tasks from plain text, suggest subtasks and chat about your work; Free users get a small daily allowance. TIDYROX S.R.L. builds it in Bucharest. Pricing is Free forever, Pro at $10/month after a 30-day trial, and Duo at $15/month for two.

Who it is for: anyone who currently pays for a scheduling link, a time tracker and a kanban board separately and would rather sign in once. A typical day starts in My Day, where you pick the tasks that matter, then you start the timer on a card and work. When a client wants to book a call, they use your public booking page and pay through Stripe if you ask for payment. The Free plan needs no credit card and includes boards, notes, My Day, one public booking page and one public board link. Time tracking, Billing Export, extra booking pages and extra seats are on paid plans, and the Pro plan starts with a 30-day trial so you can test it with real clients before paying anything.
