# WorkWomp: Career Decision Tool
Most people pick between job offers the same way they pick a restaurant when they're already hungry: they go with the one that feels right in the moment. One has better salary. Another has better remote policy. A third just clicked in the interview. The feeling isn't wrong. It's just not a decision.
WorkWomp is a career decision tool that scores job opportunities against your values, not just the job description's promises and skill requirements.
## How it works
You take a short values assessment first. Salary weight, remote preference, growth path, management style, the stuff you'd actually argue with a recruiter about. Your answers and resume builds your profile.
Then you drop in jobs. Straight from our job feed, copy and paste a URL or job description. Track interview notes as you go. Log the actual offer when it comes in. Everything stays in one place.
WorkWomp scores each opportunity against your profile on a consistent scale. The math is the same for every role. The weighting is yours. When you're ready to compare we run a side-by-side analysis, break down the scores by category, and explain the gaps.
It doesn't pretend to know things it can't, like whether the manager you met on the loop is going to be a problem six months in. It works with what's actually on the table.
## Why score against values
A job description sells you on a role. Your values tell you whether that role is worth taking. Those are two different questions, and most people only answer the first one until it's too late.
WorkWomp keeps the second question in front of you the whole time. The same scoring math runs on every opportunity, so a role that looks shiny on paper and a role nobody's excited about both come back graded on the same scale. The weighting is the part that's yours: if compensation outranks remote work for you, the score reflects that. If you'd trade salary for a steeper growth path, it reflects that too. Nothing gets buried under recruiter language.
## Who it's for
WorkWomp is built for anyone weighing more than one path at once. People comparing competing offers. People deciding whether to stay or leave. New grads sorting a pile of postings into something they can act on. Career switchers who want a read on roles outside their old lane. If you're holding two or three options and the gut feeling keeps flipping, the tool gives you a shared yardstick instead.
## What's included

After that, deeper analyses run on credits: a single credit is $5, a 5-pack is $20, and a 25-pack is $75. If you're deep in a search, Pro runs $19 a month or $190 a year. Pick what fits the season you're in. Most people only need the free unlock to see whether it's worth more.
