1 project building the future
CoachingPortal was built to solve a practical problem we kept seeing in coaching businesses: high-quality coaches were spending too much of their week on admin work. Program edits, check-in processing, meal planning, client communication, and progress reporting were often spread across multiple tools. That stack created friction for coaches and confusion for clients.
We designed CoachingPortal as one operational system for modern online coaching. The focus is straightforward: reduce repetitive workload for coaches while improving client delivery quality. Instead of chasing vanity features, we prioritize workflows that make day-to-day execution faster and more reliable. That includes program delivery, nutrition support, accountability systems, communication, and reporting.
We run the product with a long-term mindset and a high bar for reliability. Coaches trust this platform with business-critical operations, so stability, data integrity, and transparent product decisions are core priorities.
CoachingPortal started from a simple observation: clients experience coaching as one service, but many coaches are forced to deliver it through disconnected software. The result is fragmented experiences and unnecessary operational drag. We built CoachingPortal to unify that experience so coaches can operate from one place and clients receive a clearer, more professional process.
Our product direction is informed by real coaching operations. We look at where coaches lose time, where clients drop off, and where manual decisions can be supported with better logic. That is why progression tools, meal planning systems, and weekly accountability workflows are central to the platform instead of being afterthoughts.
We keep the product roadmap grounded in four principles:
Operational clarity: every feature should reduce friction in real coaching workflows.
Transparent value: core capabilities should be included in pricing, not hidden behind layered add-ons.
Coach-first practicality: we optimize for repeatable delivery quality, not vanity complexity.
Iterative improvement: customer feedback directly informs what ships next.
RIR-based training adjusts each client's weights over time. Clients log how many reps they had left after each set. CoachingPortal uses that data to suggest the next load and plan deload weeks.
Build weekly meal plans with over 1 million foods and 17,000+ recipes. Clients log meals with barcode scan or food search. Macros update in real time. Grocery lists are generated for each plan.
Clients can use iPhone, Android, or the mobile web. Workouts include rest timers. Meal plans are tap-to-log. Weekly check-ins take under two minutes. Steps sync from Apple Health on iOS and Health Connect on Android.
Your logo, colors, and custom subdomain are live from day one. Every plan includes this, even free. Clients see your brand in invite emails, workouts, and meal plans. Update your logo, colors, and social links any time.
CoachGPT reads each client's weekly check-in. It summarizes wins, concerns, and suggested changes. Save 5-10 minutes per client each week. Food AI suggests meal swaps when macros are off target. No third-party AI subscription is needed.
Compliance scores update each week from check-ins, meal logs, and workouts. See which clients need follow-up first. Trend charts show body weight, macro adherence, and habit streaks over 4, 8, and 12 weeks.
