What is Cold Mailer?

Cold Mailer is a lightweight outreach platform that helps users discover relevant technology companies, create personalized cold emails, and send them through their own email provider. It combines a curated company directory with Markdown-based email creation, AI-assisted personalization, resume attachments, and controlled batch sending.

Who is it for?

Cold Mailer is built primarily for job seekers, developers, freelancers, founders, agencies, and business development teams who want to proactively reach relevant technology companies instead of relying only on traditional job boards or outreach tools.

How is it priced?

Cold Mailer offers a $5 one-time Lifetime Pass with no monthly subscription. Users can browse a limited number of companies for free and upgrade to access the full directory and larger outreach batches.

How does it compare to alternatives?

Cold Mailer combines company discovery, personalized outreach, and email sending in one workflow. Unlike traditional job boards, it supports proactive outreach, while unlike larger sales-engagement platforms, users can bring their own email infrastructure instead of paying for a recurring outreach platform.
